Permanent disc golf baskets are heavy-duty and are designed for outdoor park and recreation settings. In these settings disc golf baskets get constant play, (banging of the chains) and abuse. Permanent disc golf baskets have 18 to 24 strands of chain and are durable enough to withstand sun, wind, rain and snow. Each disc golf target is hot dipped galvanized from head to toe (a DGA standard).

 

Most easily identified by the prominent number plate, the Mach III Disc Golf Basket, is the Cadillac® of disc catching equipment for the sport of disc golf. Constructed with 2 rows of chain for a total of 24 chains, the Mach III is by far the top disc catching device available in the industry and is the most widely used catching device found on PDGA approved courses.

 The Mach III is designed with a one inner and one outer chain pattern with a 24 chain strand configuration. Our Trapper Basket comes standard on all of our Disc Pole Holes. The Trapper design prevents discs from rolling up and out of the basket. Once a discs hits the basket it stays there.

The Mach III comes in two mounting options: No Frills In-ground Mounting and Deluxe In-ground Mounting.
